About
Where Your Story Meets Support

If you’ve lost a spouse or long-term partner, you may feel like your entire world has shifted.
Grief at this level isn’t just emotional—it touches your identity, your daily life, and your sense of what comes next.
You don’t have to navigate that alone.
How I Can Help
I specialize in working with individuals navigating the loss of a spouse or long-term partner.
This kind of grief is different. It can feel disorienting, overwhelming, and deeply isolating.
In our work together, I’ll offer both support and thoughtful challenge—helping you make sense of your experience and move forward at your own pace.
About Me
The heart of my work lies in helping people navigate some of life’s most difficult experiences—especially the loss of a partner.
Grief after losing a spouse is complex. It can bring waves of sadness, confusion, anger, and even moments of disconnection from yourself or your life.
My role is not to rush that process or offer quick fixes, but to walk alongside you as you make sense of what you’re going through.
I approach therapy from a relational and insight-oriented lens, drawing from family systems and evidence-based practices to help you understand not just what you’re feeling, but how to hold those feelings while continuing to move through the world when it feels seemingly impossible.
Together, we’ll explore your experience more deeply, and begin to create space for clarity and change.
I’m deeply committed to helping you find clarity, make sense of your experience, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you. If this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out when you feel ready.
I offer a free consultation so we can see if this feels like the right fit.
